I have to agree with dropping the canned and the dairy products and bread (see red below) and trying all raw/fresh for a week or two and seeing what happens If improvement, add just one of the below items for a week... see what happens... then the next week add another.. I would also do alot more juices... make sure you're not combining fruits and veggies together...

--- In health , Suzanne I have had this trouble as long as I can remember but not as bad. I eat all kinds of raw/frozen and some canned vegetables, green leafies, apple juice, apples, pears, grapes, pineaple, all types of legumes ('cept for peanuts,) rice, and lately have been doing some yogart and cottage cheese (low fats, leafy vegetables, Total Nutrician daily with raw egg and Kosher Soy; UDO oil, MSM, the B vitamins, calcium, vit E, vit C, multi vitamins. Some fish, some chicken breast (no fried foods), have started back to eating a slice or two of whole wheat bread recently, Oats and oat bran, raisins, cashew nuts, 1 cup of coffee in the morning (usually decaff), ...I use VERY LITTLE processed foods. No junk

foods.I'm Label reader and do not buy anything that i know has MSG; packed in syrups, no sugar, 'cept what little is in some canned goods; no white flour, no pastries or cakes etc, do not use alcohol except a bit in tinctures, no red meats except on a special occassion which is seldom, I don't eat out and when i do, choose smorgasboard so can have salads and vegetables. I have RA, and also told I have FMS, but think it was probably confused with the RA as I, way back tested positive for RA. I have had a LOT of trouble with GERD but have it pretty well under control by getting system in better balance with Acidophilus, DGL and vegetable enzymes and being careful what I eat. Sometimes I can not eat galic nor raw onions and if too much cayene I bleed analy. I do use a bit of fairly strong Total Tonic though.I did a cleanse in January. I have gaul stones according to the sonic scans and have

opted to forgo surgery for now. did the apple juice, olive oil and lemon cleanse and seem to be doing pretty well for now, although don't think they have all passed.. think one did the other night (ouch..ouch..ouch!!) Other than that.. just coasting. Have herniated disk (4-4th lombar) but opted against surgery on that and have go it under control. Mon, Wed, Fri I do light to heavy stretch exercises for 45 minutes ('nuf to work up a sweat) and walk at least a mile then on Tue and Thur do weights and relaxation exercises for 45 mins. Also work in garden and keep house and do some voluntary work, also been knitting and crocheting quite a lot past two months. With all this going on, I still have trouble getting up and down, but due partly to the exercises was able to use the bath tub this past week enstead of the shower. I can even get up from the floor now without climbing up a chair! In early Feb I got a

soft ware prog to keep track of nutrician and found that I was being too skimpy on calories as well as protien so in order to loose some weight and also have more energy, have set my calory figure to between 1300 and 1460 and protien has been running between 40 and 60gr daily That is working pretty well, but though some of the soreness in the nerve lines is better, still have trouble with the pain after eating. I was 76 last Sept. Well, I've told you probably more than you ever wanted to know, so whatcha think??Lee
