Guest guest Posted March 15, 2008 Report Share Posted March 15, 2008 for each state are given here http://www.909shot.com/state-site/state-exemptions.htm For those children who had the disease, if you had a doctor diagnose it, try to get chart notes, otherwise try swearing a proper declaration under the laws of your state that says the kid had the disease, if that doesn't work you may need lab testing. If you swear a declaration it probably would be a good idea to describe what happened in some detail rather than just draw the conclusion " the kid had the chicken pox, " and to explain about your own familiarity with chicken pox as well.
