Guest guest
I just wanted to express my thanks to all of you who provided great information regarding my inquiry into PCOS. I have visited the web sites provided as well as others I found on my own and feel like I have a pretty good base of information from which to work now. Regarding diet. Suzi, I do pretty good with my foods, no alcohol, caffine, sodas, red meat. I really limit my sugars, but I am a carb addict so that needs adjusting. As for raw foods, I am starting to work over to it. I love my veggies lightly steamed or stir fried with just a touch of olive oil. I will start focusing more on fruits and raw veggies. I have had trouble with juicing in the past because of my blood sugar so I will continue to be cautious with that. I searched through the internet and found a naturopathic doctor that is not too far from me that specializes in womens health. I am going to give her a call and talk to her. She also works with an accupunturist so that may also be an option. Thank you to all once again. This web site is a precious resource and so are all who participate on it!!!!
