Guest guest
Our daughter got her first sunburn on Sunday. " How amazing " , I thought, as I saw the inflamed red skin and bathing suit strap marks. My gut says her body must be healing somehow to have such a typical reaction to being in the sun. In her entire five years of life, she has been pale as pale can be in spite of sun exposure. Does anyone have any thoughts? Do you think I'm crazy that I think she's improving because of a sunburn? Could it be IVIG for the last 10 months?
Guest guest
> > Hi Bee and group, > > What do you recommend for bad sunburn? I have been in the sun a lot more this year due to the good things I've learned about the sun. I went swimming with my kids a few days ago and put coconut oil on us but we all got sunburned and I got burned pretty bad. We were out in the sun too long, but the kids were having such a good time and of course I couldn't see the burn coming on until later. I will be so much more careful now. I've been putting coconut oil and cod liver oil on it, but no improvement yet. Any other suggestions? > > Thanks, > > > ***Hi , Being that I have red hair, I am all too familiar with bad sunburns. Try sprizting with apple cider vinger. You can dilute if you want. Also a vinegar bath works too. Robin
Guest guest
I got a severe sun burn this year and put a mixture of Coconut oil and Lavender oil and it didn't blister at all and it didn't even hurt the next day. I have a lot of friends that have used this method for years with great success. Also it smells nice. Lavender Oil is awesome in so many ways.
