I sure am appreciating all the good info articles you're posting...

In this piece I really like that in the Lymohatic Drainage section

they emphasized to slow down if the Herxheimer Reaction occurs. I

know alot of people welcome it...but it is a notice from the body

that 'self-poisoning' is taking place.

I'm glad you enjoy 'passing it on'.
