I stopped studying with one of my bodywork teachers when I realized

she dyed her hair.

We're still friends but with limitations. I just don't trust her to

be honest with me if she can't be honest with herself.

Before I married my " happily ever after " younger than me husband he

asked me ONCE why I never wear makeup.

I asked him what part of my face he thought was ugly and needed to be

fixed up.

He was smart enough not to take the conversation any farther on that

subject.

Sage is supposed to cover the grey hair also. I put it in my vinegar rinse and the olive oil treatment.

That's what I'm wondering.......

Peace, love, laughter

I read recipes the same way I read science fiction. I get to the end and I think, "Well, that's not going to happen."

Oh my gosh Penel...that is such a perfect response!! I have

never worn make up...wait...I did a few times...when I made an attempt at

selling a cosmetic line in my much younger days...but found it was

definitely not me...lol...I personally think I look TERRIBLE with make up

on...and at 38...have more gray than my sister who is 42. But as I

tell her every time she feels the need to point them out to me...I earned

each and every one of them...and am proud to wear them as testimonial!

When I was about 65 my hair ...just on top... began to grey. it

looked like i had a grey cap on top with my dark redish brown hair

under it. I tried the sage and the rosmary etc and it did tone the

gray down somewhat, but....IT RUBBED OFF on MY PILLOWS and Lazy Boy

head cushion!!! I gave up. I am almost 77 now and stil have a lot of

dark hair (with less red..more brown) with a gray top, sort of a

silvery grey that has a good shine in a good light, butI think it

looks a bit drab under florescent lamps. I just keep it clean and

shiny and wear colors that will, hopefully, compliment the silvery

gray...like lavender blue etc <G> worst problem is thinness and also

it is trying to curl the wrong ways, and short hair curling the wrong

way is aggravating! <G> Thoink I'll try the olive oi treatment --Lee
