Suzi,

I'm drinking almost MORE fluids than I was when I was juicing. My

thirst returned and I'm just drinking my normal water with lemon. I

was juicing with 50/50 diluted grapefruit/lemon/orange juice and

yesterday evening had a pear, an oranage and little salad (and i DID

have some bread and a couple bites of chicken..ack)

Today, I've had only salad so far, and lots of water. My stomach has

been too cramped, and it even feels like my colon is cramping. (much

like the cramps that one gets when they are in process of an enema

and have been massaging it to get the water deeper)

I'm wondering if I should go back to juicing for a few more days?
