Once again, its a staple in a Japanese kitchen. I've seen them organic at Whole Foods. I've seen them in Asian grocery stores as well. It is important to find a brand of soy sauce that is MSG-free. . Most organic grocery stores should carry nori and umeboshi plum.... Ask... or an asian market.
