Lemon & Olive oil drink can be taken daily.

To make this you need one organic/unwaxed lemon one table spoon of Extra virgin olive oil, a glass & a half of clean spring water or filtered if available tap water.

Wash the Lemon, cut out any dark bits, then roughly chop the whole thing including the rind & put in a blender.

Add the table spoon of Virgin Olive oil & the glass & a half of water - blend this for 60 seconds - strain & serve.

If you wish to gain weight split the drink into three portions & drink with each meal throughout the day.

This drink manages to restore the Ph of your saliva which in turn helps you to absorb the nutrients from the food you eat.

If drunk all in one go first thing in the morning (an hour before

eating) it will flush & detox the Liver & Gallbladder.

You can cleanse other parts of the body such as the liver, lungs and kidneys without completing a colon cleanse, but much more effective and long term results have been realized by people who have cleansed their colon first. The colon's purpose is to expel the toxins and wastes that it collects from the other organs of the body. If the colon is not operating efficiently and is full of encrusted toxins and wastes, then it may be recycling waste back into the body which can accumulate in our organs. One of the most frequent bowel problems that people experience today is occasional constipation. Constipation can often be attributed to a low fiber diet and the lack of sufficient water, which can cause our fecal matter to become condensed and compressed. Did you know? The person on a typical Western diet holds 8 meals of undigested food and waste material in the colon, while the person on the high fiber diet holds only 3. A constipated system is one in which the transition, or transit time, of wastes is slow and the consistency of the stool can cause strain. The longer the transit time, the longer the waste matter sits in our bowel which allows proteins to putrefy, fats to rancify, and carbohydrates to ferment. The longer your body is exposed to putrefying food in your intestines, the greater the risk of absorbing these intestinal toxins. Even with one bowel movement per day, you will still have at least three meals worth of waste matter putrefying in your colon at all times. Your system can also become continuously self-polluting by the gases that are caused by the stagnation of waste in your bowels. The long held belief of some health professionals is that many people just have fewer bowel movements than others. This is true, but they also neglect to inform these individuals that those having fewer bowel movements are harboring a fertile breeding ground for bacteria. Alternating between constipation and diarrhea, or diarrhea alone, are also indications of foul matter in your intestines. The colon is the body's sewer system, and if not treated properly can accumulate toxins, which can be absorbed into the bloodstream. Once we truly understand the "single greatest challenge our body faces is the effective removal of wastes and toxins ", we will never again undermine the importance of frequent, high quality, bowel movements. - Gastroenterologist, Dr. Bassler, tells his colleagues, "Every physician should realize that the intestinal toxemias (poisons) are the most important primary and contributing causes of many disorders and the diseases of the human body."
