This is a classic venotonic, which means that it improves the tone of the venous walls.

Hi all,

I'm thinking of trying Butchers Broom to try to address the disparity in

my awful temperature problems, as my legs are always colder than the top

1/2 of me. Apparently BB is in part an anti-coagulant, and also

interestingly a vasoconstrictor which is the opposite from other things

I've tried (though the vasodilators have all made me feel worse). BB

increases supposedly the circulation, especially to the lower limbs.

I'm not really convinced that my temp probs are circulatory - more

likely neurological, but was wondering if anyone else has tried this

(for whatever reason) and if so what happened - good or bad?

Hi mjh, thanks for the reply. May I be so bold as to ask exactly how it

works for you - what symptoms do you feel it has helped?
