Guest guest
Instead of tablespoons, try maybe 1/4 or 1/2 cups as a part... or more depending on how much you want to make. Have you read the How to make a tincture yet?? Fill your jar with the herbs... cover with alcohol by about an inch..or so..(can put it all in the blender if you wish first).. then let it sit for several weeks, strain and use.. basically. SuziToni <tone102@...> wrote: LOL I don't know why my parts were registering in tablespoons. Generally though how much is used. I just need to get an idea on how much it makes and how long it lasts and then I will be a wee bit more knowledgeable..I think Thankyou so very much!!! Guest guest
It's okay, if you don't ask you can't learn... Take the super tonic formula.. I blend all ingredients in the acv - then pour it all into a glass jar and let it "ferment" so to speak. You shake it up to keep it mixed up SuziToni <tone102@...> wrote: I give you my word not to torment you endlessly on this...OK so roots get blended ( you know I am picturing roots like roots when I garden) and leaves and whatnot just get put in a jar but they both have to sit and be shaken. Guest guest
Ahhh so the super tonic gets blended then...SEE I didn't know that one lol We don't have a wild oats or true foods here not that I know of. Then again I don't get too far either. Maybe I could find it online? Does it have a specific growing season? OH and I promise not to be a pain again but how much do you generally make at a time and how long will it keep? Just one more thing, does it matter if something is blended in the blender or not? Meaning will it do anything wrong to a formula or tincture? I gotta watch, if I start brewing all that is brewing in my head I am going to have a lab going on in the kitchen Thanks so much Suzi Toni It's okay, if you don't ask you can't learn... My husband phones home and leaves a messages on our answer machine reminding him of what he needs to do when he gets home. There are some very powerful acupuncture points at the wrists. If you knew what you were doing I imagine that snapping therapy could be double effective. I can think of far less painful ways to use those acupuncture points however. I'd also check out my theories for using them with someone else before self medicating that way. In a state of imbalance the weird can appear logical. Penel

I could be drinking a cup of coffee, finish it, stand up with the cup in my hand to go and get another refill and stand there wondering why I had this empty cup in my hand and what I was doing or going to do. Really freaked me out big time. So much so that I almost threw in the towel and called it quits on life. It was a real struggle to overcome it but I did and I believe you can too. I started out by having note pads in every room. Sticky notes too, everywhere. Problem was, at first I didn't recall why I had the notepads everywhere. LOL I started changing my lifestyle and diet at that point. No booze, cut out the processed foods, most cooking, went mostly raw and started juice cleansing. I also started exercising regularly. I then took up some schooling too. I figured I needed to exercise the gray matter. It was an uphill battle all the way but I now have a much better memory than I did before even. I still am working with it though because I know I can improve it vastly. I went through a lot of changes during that period, all of which helped me tremendously. I think that cleansing and ridding oneself of mucus forming foods, or at the very least, leaning more towards an alkaline diet along with the cleansing will help. Even the brain can get plugged up with mucus and that can create lots of problems with the synapses and all that electrical wiring. Just my thoughts on this. Something for you to consider and think about. Guest guest
<My husband phones home and leaves a messages on our answer machine reminding him of what he needs to do when he gets home.> LOL! I thought I was the only person who did this! I call my office in the a.m. and leave messages re phone calls to make, errands to run, etc. I used to send myself an e-mail but then I started ignoring them. Can't ignore the voice mail messages inasmuch as I have to hear them when I pick up the VMM from our clients. Oh, another thing I do - if i'm not going home first - is to staple a note around the shoulder strap of my purse. It drives me nuts to have it there so I am constantly looking at it until the task is completed. I've taken more good natured kidding about that reminder tip than any other. Guest guest
Don.. do you think this is what happens with a seizure? Or should ask why a seizure is there when there is no history of one? Also if you are going through the cleaning process did you notice headaches that seem to be located at the very top middle of the head..like a band. not temples or back where i usually get them (when and if i do) I have been getting some that are in the same areas I feel the band is just befor I had my seizures... I sure would hate to be doing my body good but get thrown into a seizure because mucous gets unlodged or something... the feeling is just like that but then the numbness turns to headach and kind of memory loss for a second... I haven't had a seizure in 5 years now.... and no not on meds.... i have been eating..... lemon juice with olive oil and cayenne in the early am.. then juiced 3 oranges and add water for a 32 oz glass.. this is twice in the am... at noon.. eat big salad with a lemon or lime and cucumber dressing... home made... later in day have two more different glass orange juice... and night ... well here is where i mess up... last night had a lean pocket.. and big salad..just before bed another lemon and/orlime with olive oil..just a tablespoon..and cayenne....just gotta get passed the cooked something...this has been done for the passed week.. and noticing the band feeling... Yeah, went back to college as retirement amusement, premed. Its a real hoot to not only be the oldest in the class but older than the teacher. I've been maintaining a 4.0 average. In A & P I had the pleasure of reminding the kids in class who were whining about the class being too difficult that it was their body they were learning about. They own it. They really should have some idea how it works before they break it. The department head's comment was they weren't going to make the class too easy because they didn't want idiots thinking they could be doctors. What happened was a lot of the kids learned how to cheat. I imagine they'll flunk out when they get to grad school and get stuck with massive school loan bills for nothing. There are so many reasons for a person having a seizure. Yes it is possible that excess mucous in the brain could cause a seizure. It is possible that all seizures could be caused by this but as yet, nobody really knows for sure. Insufficient data. Actually, you won't have a seizure because mucus gets disloged. You might have a seizure or stroke if some arterial plaque gets disloged. However, drinking distilled water or RO water with fresh squeezed lemon added should help prevent this as the lemon will dissolve the mucus so it won't plug up anything. Headaches are an indication that there is something wrong elsewhere in the body. The brain itself cannot feel pain. Most headaches are caused by digestive disturbances or problems with the bowels. Not always though. However, the brain still cannot feel pain. When these headaches come on see if you can identify the trigger. Do you get them from eating certain foods? Do you get them from stressful situations? Play detective here and see what you can come up with. This is where a journal can come in really handy. Eating cooked food, although it isn't good for you, needn't be a problem if you aren't eating it all the time. At least 80% of your diet should be raw. For the rest just take a really good complete enzyme supplement to help the body deal with the digestion of the cooked food. Also, do your best to keep away from anything that comes in a box, package, can or bottle. Too many chemicals go into processed foods like lean pockets. Your body will only become more toxic. If you are going to eat cooked, at least make it natural fresh vegetables or homemade bread or pastas. No, it won't be good for you but it is a darn sight better then the chemical laden store bought processed junk. Guest guest
My doctor has me going for neurofeedback to help with these issues. It helps with the anxiety and the attention span issues and the lack of concentration. You may want to look into it or ask your doctor if he/she is familiar with it. My doctor sends most of her Lyme patients for the neurofeedback. After two sessions I can already feel a difference. I know I still have a ways to go, but I see promise. Hope this info helps, Shanahan (NJ) > > soft classical music has almost always helped some with my headaches and helps me relax.
