Medical and scientific research are naturally flawed by design or lack

of knowledge. One cannot totally attribute ones diet to ones dis-ease as

there are many factors that play a role as well. Medications, lifestyle,

environmental toxins, etc. Diet is more often than not a major

contributing factor in ill health. But to break it down and say that

eating eggs or cheese caused your problem is a little too far out in

left field and quite irresponsible. Cancers and other dis-eases begin in

childhood and only manifest themselves as we age. This is the one single

factor not taken into account in all medical and scientific research.

The best dis-ease prevention is a natural diet, stress free lifestyle

(at least as much as is possible), pure water, lots of fresh air,

exercise and plenty of sunlight. If you must consume flesh then eat it

organic and preferrably raw.
