Very well said Syl. The agression and negativity have little to do with

what one eats. However, one who dwells in negativity and agression will

usually be more so on a diet that uses a lot of meat, dairy, fast foods,

other processed foods, etc. However, that does not necessarily mean that

it is because of the meat, etc. More likely than not it is more to do

with the chemicals that these giant food processors add to the food.

Yes, we all have the ability to grow past our own negativity, fears,

agression, etc. Just an aside but at this expo in Nurnberg or Nurnburg

or however it is spelled, LOL, I was chatting with this baby food

producer who happens to be the largest in all of Europe. These guys were

telling me how they process their food for babies. They take in the the

raw food and blanche it, at 100 C, to make sure all the enzymes are

dead, dying, doornail dead, and then they puree this stuff. Well killing

it once isn't enough so they take this puree and slowly pour it over a

drum evaporator where they heat it up again to 100 C and can evaporate 6

liters of puree, turning it into 1 liter of dried-ready to be flaked

instant baby food in 5 seconds. Now how is that for really dead food.

These guys didn't have a clue about enzymes other than they make the

food deteriorate before they can process it. They were pretty proud of

their operation too. I just looked at my wife, after we had walked away,

and said " Remind me not to be a baby in Europe next life! " Is it any

wonder that children do not get a good start in life? Some do granted

but the majority of them don't due to lack of knowledge and awareness.

Such a shame.
