Guest guest
Hi all, Question #2: Since I do not have access to my own homegrown herbs and would need to purchase them, is there any way of knowing if a place I was ordering from, would be fresh or not? I would have to rely on the internet since there is no place around me that sells them. Would one also purchase the c/s over the powdered? I am particularly looking to purchase Lobeila and maybe mullein and coltsfoot to help me battle my greatest and deadliest habit. I have come across tons of sites that sell them but how do I know what they are offering is any good? Of course I could inquiry but I doubt someone would say "Our herbs are stale, buy from us" LOL Of course, once I get them there are lots more questions on exactly what I need to do with them.Stirred, blended, beaten to a pulp Enjoy this beautiful day all Blessings, Tone
Guest guest
I've used herbalcom.com alot... been happy so far.. there are many in the resource files.. I've used a number of them when ordering smaller quantities... like terra herbs also. Cut and sifted c/s is better unless you're making salves (IMO) I've used powder for tinctures and it works okay except straining is a bit fun.. it leaves some of the powder in which is fine..
