Guest guest Posted March 14, 2005 Report Share Posted March 14, 2005 Interesting, I have no problem getting sunflower seeds to a smooth pate in my Cuisinart 11 cup model. Maybe 1 cup is not enough to engage in the blades. When I do recipes that call for the nuts to be ground I usually grind them alone (without the other ingredients) or with just the liquid and the nuts/seeds.
