Guest guest
Don, As always, thank you for your insightful and thoughtful response. I can always count on you for a wonderfully loving and supportive comment. I've felt more clear headed than I have in MONTHS, just after the 3 days. I'm sort of eager to keep cleansing, and am thinking that i probably should have gone with a 6 day one as you suggested around day 2. I just felt so good. I DID however, find it increidibly difficult to juice while my family around me (kids and all) were feasting on large meals etc. The smells were just tantalizing. It's mostly the taste and texture I miss of foods while i'm juicing. I did love the citrus juice though. I find the vegetable juices so much harder to get down. I'm not exactly sure what it is. The citrus just tasted great, so I didnt' mind drinking it constantly. I even got my significant other to start drinking it, just because he liked it. There's a step. I'm thinking that a TBC might be in order. We shall see, or perhaps some fasting. My doctor THINKS that I may have PCOD (poly-cystic ovary disorder), which is causing my lack of menstruation/ammenhorrea, inability to lose wieght even with diet and exercise, among other things. So...I'm hoping, that by cleansing, perhaps I can alleviate some of these symptoms and get a clearer picture of what's going on in my system. I'm fairly frustrated with my body, and am really struggling to get myself on track, mentally, physically and emotionally. Thanks so much for all your support, as always. This list, you, suzi....you are great people who just really offer an awful lot of support for things that others may find overwhelming or completely consuming. I'll keep you all posted if you don't mind. love, sarah anne > > ============================= > Hi Anne, > > You can continue to juice as long as you wish. Guest guest
hi there, i have had the same thing. i used to be (very) able to chow a bowl of spagetti in the morning if i felt like it. right now i can't think of that anymore. all i want is to drink my juice ,lemmon, orange, grapefruit kinda deal and some total nutritian. i love the taste and i feel great! not so full either and that way i can run better an hour or so after my meal. for lunch i usually have oats with rice milk with apple and a banana. it took some time, but i can't think of eating things like boiled eggs in the morning anymore (well, seldom) it just doesn't feel good and it doesn't taste as i remember it did in the past. it feels thick and heavy........ nah, i like what i am doing right now. i'm starting to look better too, and that can't hurt either ..... (O; hang in there, you will get better at it and it wil become a lot easier (O: soon you will be looking at your kids, how can you eat that stuff! rik .. I DID however, find it increidibly > difficult to juice while my family around me (kids and all) were > feasting on large meals etc. The smells were just tantalizing.
