Guest guest
Morning , Hope this day finds you well. Just started to lightly snow here. Supposed to be nasty for the remainder of March. I could have sworn someone mentioned the word SPRING the other day Shari was kind enough to post on the daikon and ume I had questioned. The Daikon is a radish supposingly found in the produce section. I am searching for that one. As far as the cayenne and water....tastes like lemon water and cayenne LOL sorry , as it is hard to explain. I love cayenne and anything hot so I just about put it into everything with the exception of my bananas and that is a possibility at some point too If you decide to try a little cayenne in your lemon water just start with a pinch at first. I use a nice spoonful but it does not bother me at all and I like it. You could always add some honey or maple syrup and then it would become a Master Cleanse lemonaid drink. hope that helped a bit Have a beautiful and blessed day Toni What is daikon and where do you get it? Cayenne in lemon water? What does that taste like? mary
Guest guest
, LOL now you are getting technical with me The honey is not generally used in the Master Cleanse. I just threw it in there as a possible "sweetner" if you so wanted one. The maple syrup is supposed to supply minerals. Cayenne is good overall and if I am not mistaken and if I am. I am sure I will be corrected <g>, helps to dissolve and breakup mucous. Since I read heaps but retain absolutely NOTHING, I am an awful source for info! Which reminds me I really do need to gather the stuff for the brain formula and work on that I know there will be other's who can give you better information and I also know that I will say " Ahh, that's right"! Be well Blessings, Toni Thanks Toni, what properties do the cayenne/honey have that help to cleanse? Thanks. mary
Guest guest
LOL. I just like to know how things work. I am new to this natural stuff. I've had problems with chronic constipation all of my life. Now I have IBS. I am sick all the time - fibromaylgia and restless legs. If I could do a regular cleanse I thight I might feel better. mary , LOL now you are getting technical with me The honey is not generally used in the Master Cleanse. Guest guest
I hear ya there .The Master Cleanse I guess could be more or less so expensive depending on what is available to you. Lemons are pricey here and not even organic. I did half the Maple syrup when I did the cleanse and only went for 6 days as I had my own complications with it. I do mini ones now just to give myself a break from food, not so much for the cleansing aspect where that is concerned anyway. I do absolutely know that what one ingests plays a big role in all of this. Eating at least some raw produce is cleansing in itself. I am looking to really "clean house" now but just have not decided on what to clean it with Thus my reason for asking Suzi about the colon cleansing drink as I thought it sounded good. I am one that is willing to try almost anything....and I have LOL but that is a whole other story <g>. I do need a new juicer though so that is one my "wishlist". I just love my veggies juiced as I am not much of a fruit person at all. And if anyone has a little extra sunshine, can they maybe share? lol They are calling for a foot of snow in some parts. Have a wonderful day all Tone I would like to find something that does the trick and doesn't cost me my whole paycheck.
