I would choose veggie over fruit...but would not give up fruit totally.

Here is some more info for you which are good to take

Organically grown green leafy vegetables, such as Swiss chard, mustard greens, and kale Some Citrus fruits, red bell pepper and papaya

Red and purple fruits, such as cherries, blueberries Walnuts Extra virgin olive oil

Cinnamon

Garlic Legumes and whole grains, especially buckwheat Root vegetables such as beets and carrots

Soyfoods
