Hi all,

Lou Corona is a great speaker who lives the raw food way. You can arrange for seminars to be taught by him in your local area if you are willing to get the room and do the advertising. You can read more about him at

You can make arrangements to have him speak in your area by calling (360) 573-1028 (360) 909-3970

Beginning of diabetes story:

Here is a story from another list about help he gave to one person with diabetes.

By the way, I know of someone Lou Corona helped to overcome diabetes...just one of many! He got rid of over 100 pounds of excess weight...to a normal weight...he avoided the amputation of both his feet (they were black!)...and he became a totally healthy man...in just a little over one year! AND...NO surgery for Sagging skin!...because he was getting the nutrients he needed for his skin to gradually get back to normal while his body lost the weight! He accomplished this with a mostly living food diet (Lou's Lemon Ginger Blast upon rising in the morning, a quart and a half raw almond fruit smoothie for breakfast, salad sandwiches on toasted sprouted grain rye toast with mustard for lunch...the only cooked foods he ate were the bread and mustard, and a huge dark green salad with a creamy dressing made with sunflower seeds or almonds)...and also gently jumped on a mini trampoline for 15 minutes every day and took NCP's Multiple Digestive Enzymes and Nutritional Essentials (a plant-based protein...all the amino acids...and omega fatty acids powder...that also has antioxidants in it plus other good stuff). He did not need to take any vitamin and mineral supplements or anything else (as far as supplements go). He was off of his medication in a couple of months...and running a couple of miles a day a year later!
