But I remember as a kid drinking raw milk, it was like a mix of butter

and cream, so sweet and creamy!!

I think that's why I got hooked on drinking this milk. It's very creamy tasting with more body than store-bought. The milk and yogurt change taste and consistency depending on the season. When the cows are out grazing all day in the sun in the warm weather it changes the milk. The woman who makes the raw yogurt says she always sees a definite change in the consistency between April and November and she isn't sure why.
