Guest guest
> No not which is the best or anything.. but how can you input nutrition if you are juicing something?? say a bunch of parsley? or a few sprigs? how?? I can see how with like carrots or radishes or something that are individual.... but how with greens?? the software I have has a large data base of foods and like on Spinach. raw, shows for 1 cup ( about 100 grams) Caloris 7 " from fat 1 Sodium 24 mg 1% DV Potassium 167 mg 5% Carbs 1g 0% d fiber 1 g 3% Protien 1 g 2% vit A 40% C 14% D 0 E 1% Thiamin 2% Riboflavin 3% Niacin 1% Folic Acid 0 Vit B-6 3% Food Folate 15% Phosphorus 1% Total Folate 15% Selenium 0 Vit B-12 0 Magnesium 6% Manganese 13% Zinc 1% copper 2% ~~~~~ this is one I bought (downloaded)off the net for i think 19.xx U.S. dollars called FitDay. you can add information off labels to make up your own custom library and also edit the ones in the data base. you can take several items and combine them to creat a meal under an unique name. Like I have a breakfast group I like so i combined all the ingredients that were already in the library by draging them into the first item so I don't have to enter each component seperately. I have no connection with this company; just found it on a search, but I really like it. it keeps track of weight, nutrician used, everything; how much calories used average over selected periods of time and nutrician intake against energy burned etc and etc!!! lets you decide how much weight you want to loose over what period of time and tells you how much you can loose weekly or how long it will take at a selected amount.. you got to see it to believe it!! It even has suchie with egg but no anchovies...but can't stand them anyway!<G> Only thing I don't ike about it is I can't copy a label from an item to paste into my word processor. If I could, I'd send you a few:)-- Lee
