Guest guest Posted March 14, 2005 Report Share Posted March 14, 2005 Energy Soup 1 teaspoon dulse seaweed 1/2 avocado 1 medium apple or 1 cucumber 1 cup of sprouted sunflower greens, spinach or other greens you like 1 medium carrot 1-2 cups of water depending on the consistency desired Place everything in a blender and liquefy. To add flavor experiment with lemon or lime juice, garlic, fresh herbs (oregano, basil & cilantro are great), hot peppers, or sea salt or miso. Suzi Senior Moderator What is a weed?
