Guest guest
Here is the info i have on the sinus flooding. I forgot to ask my naturopath about that today....but may put in a call to her. ******************* After I suffered with multiple sinus infections, year after year, for decades, I experimented with flooding my nasal passages with a mixture of diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and kosher salt. In order to flood my nasal passages and keep them flooded, I keep my forehead pointed downward. I keep my forehead down for quite a while, hoping that the anti-infective mixture can get to the infected area(s) within my sinuses and nasal passages. .. Here is the link to the detailed documentation of the " Upside Down Sinus Flooding " , plus a message board for discussion, and a chat room for possible live discussions. The documentation is updated and effective as of 3/18/2005. .. http://home.bellsouth.net/p/PWP-upsidedown ***************************** as for points...the exercise i do is B2 at the upper eye socket, then ST3 and LI20, LI 11, LI 4,GB 20, GV 24 (third eye) and K27. And a good upper back rub in case it allergy or upper respiratory. The few points on the face really seem to help a bunch. All mucus has shifted back to clear...so i know the infection is at least not bad. I just have the lingering congestion. yucky. but not bad considering!! Guest guest
What has worked best for my family is Colloidal Silver nasal spray; dries things right up, not to mention attacks any nasties that your sinus passages might be harboring. I have a tednacy toward sinus infection and after years of treating with pharmaceuticals and them not really working, i was happy to find CS! Some people also snuff the " duff " from the Super tonic (not me of course since i am a wimp).
