Guest guest
Just remember that what you are getting in a bottle has been pasturized. After Odwalla had e-coli I doubt there is a good raw, fresh juice out there. Do you have a juice bar any where near you? I have purchased massive amounts of produce and taken it in to a juice bar in our co-op and they will juice it for me at a minimal price. Then I store it in 8 ounce jars, filled all the way to the top (to keep air out) and store in the refrigerator. However, (isn't that always the way?) juices should never be more than 3 days old when consumed. Not that they will make you sick, but the nutrients are gone. Orange juice loses 90% of it's vitamin C within 20 minutes of juicing! Shari
