I've not personally had any messages like these but if anyone is being sent this message privately just delete and ignore it. When a spam is posted, I usually ban its author and delete the offending message from the site within 12-24h. However, a number of members have opted to receive the messages that are posted via email, rather than by connecting to the health. site. No action by the moderators can do anything if such a member opens such a message from his or her mailbox and then clicks on the link. The only good way to protect oneself from spam therefore is to never open such messages nor click on links. In addition, one can choose to connect directly to the site instead of receiving messages via email. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to prevent spammers from creating false identities and posting messages on this group - or on any other group for this matter. I even think I read that industrial spammers pay third-world " sweatshop programmers " to register on hundreds of groups at once, or even use robots for that when there is no checking (ie those " type the letters you read " questions). For your own sake, DO NOT OPEN SUSPICIOUS MESSAGES AND, ABOVE ALL, DO NOT CLICK ON DUBIOUS LINKS.
