>>>, have you considered looking into Colloidal Silver. I did and bought

a

generator and now make my own but there are many on line that make their own

for a very minimal price. Have many web sites and belong to the silver list.

Here is just one :

http://colloidal-silver.com/ Peace,

Its been on my mind; your the first I know of who tried it and obviously its

helped you. It's on my list, along with 'pro and Olive leaf extract. For

the last 2 months I've been seeing this holistic doc and he's got me on 8

supplements and the natural zone diet. There's this stuff called

" springreen " that he just raves about; says its one of the best new products

to ever come out for CFIDS. I've felt slow & steady strengthening of my

system with this guy so I'm gonna follow his protocol until the progress

stops; or I'm cured and surfing 8 hours a day. The springreen definitely has

been a factor; he told me to take 6 per day; but a week ago I moved up to 10

or 12 per day and feel a bit better as a result. Anyway thanks for the

suggestion; if you have some time maybe tell more about what its done for

you. Best wishes~~

My results have been pretty good (we're in week 10) but I'm noticing big

improvements this past week.

The one downside in doing cardio at night is its hard to not have eaten for 3

hrs prior. We dont even try. I figure I just wont lose the fat as

efficiently as working out on an empty stomach.

So, yes, you can still do the program at night.

Oh my gosh Cheryl. 4:30am!!! What time do you go to bed at night? I am

,

I get up at 4:30 as my training sessions are M,W,F at 6 a.m. I do it early because as a medical transcription service owner I need to be home and online and working no later than 8 a.m. My work keeps me busy pretty much throughout the day and leaves me no time in the evening for working out as I usually have to catch up the afternoon dictation! I actually am in bed by 10 - usually falling asleep on the couch by 9!!!

Sometimes you gotta do whatcha gotta do!!

Dear Webmaster,

I feel as if the feat news is becoming the main part of the group. If

There was a great article in last weeks Newsweek on Hep C, in fact it was on the

front cover. And now this in Ohio. Maybe hepatitis c is finally getting the

attention. More attention, more research/

Another thing my TSH went as high as 8.5 while under treatment but returned to

normal after. I was lucky. It stil sometimes runs on the higher side of normal

and as I get older it may quit on me. It waselevated from a med I took in the

80s but returned to normal by early 90s'

Hope all are doing as well as can be expected. Oh yeah, did I read that ginger

could be good for inflammation.? i'm searching for a liver friendly substance I

can take for my arthritis.

Take care,

Liver friendly herbs for joint pain are Reishi Mushroom, turmeric and

Ashwagandha.

But I swear by MSM...I've been taking it for years and my arthrititis

never bothered me....since being unemployed I haven't been taking it and

my arthritis started bothering me again about a month after I went off

it...btw, it's not instant, it takes 3-4 weeks before you start noticing

a difference. You can do a search on the internet for MSM and get a ton

of information.

Yes, you remember right, ginger is good for inflammation. It is also good

for the nausea that accompanies treatment and this disease. I get a

standardized form from Nature's Way through i-Herb.com. They have some of

the best prices I've found.

Unfortunately Ohio article had misinformation about HCV. We don't need

that, we need more articles like the Newsweek one.

Hi

I don't mean to cut in but my son Will has myoclonic seizures and he

typically has more myoclonic sleep, but when there is a big change in the

barometric pressure or it rains alot he generally will have seizures.

Hi..

Yes, I've heard of SAD and researched it over and over. The thing is..I don't

get depressed. But my seizures get worse...much worse. Where I may go into

status one day in summer before ovulation, I'll go into 3 days of status. And, I

have more nocturnal seizures in the winter. Needless to say I don't look

forward to winter..not even the Holidays. I've even studied

chronobiology..looking for clues. I guess I asked the wrong question. I want to

know how our chemistry changes with the seasons...besides Melatonin... However,

when Zoe suggested I look at SAD..I did again.. and I ran across some

interesting research..not written for the layman however..:) dealing with

Fractal and Chaotic Dynamics in Nervous Systems and Low Dimensial Chaos.

http://citeseer.nj.nec.com/ciszewski99application.html Another site however

made sense to me and got me thinking.. although they were theorizing and I

didn't agree with everything..it explained what may possibly be happening.

http://www.naples.net/~nfn03605/dheamig.htm So tell me what you think. Maybe my

problem is opposite of SAD. Maybe, and of course I'm theorizing myself, and

would have to have tests run, but maybe my melatonin levels are all ready low

and then in the winter when my body is asking for even more, my seizures get

worse because my body isn't able to produce. IF this is the case..light therapy

may still help..just fooling my body into believing it doesn't need more.

*sigh* Mark is lucky, I wish my education matched my curiosity..I'd be off and

running. Where this diorder may be miserable, it definately is not boring. This

also brings up another question. My accupuncturist was able to manipulate the

energy all ready within me...and without supplementation was able to stop my

early morning seizures....how? To answer the other part of your question..I have

lived all over.. right now I'm in Utah. Last year I was in Florida and before

that I lived in Yuma for some time...about the sunniest place on earth. Sorry

for being long winded... but I'm curious what you think about my theory.

I know they both increase. Barometric pressure especially is a big factor in my

Hi

Well I have recently tired Carnosine, it is supposed to help with nervous

system in the brain. I have been giving it to me and so far when we were

having a lot of rainy days (we live in Mass), he did good. We had about 2

weeks of really rainy/cold weather and he did a little better. I refuse to

increase his meds, Will was once a little boy that had no facial looks

because he had so many drugs, and now I have my smiling, laughing, happy

little boy back and I won't send him away to drugs anymore. Will even lost

body strength which now he is working so hard to get back.

Have you thought of a hepa cleaner or ion machine that cleans the air in

your home? Had examinations for evidence of mold and fungas in the home?

Taken CARPETS out? Have you thought of your IRON LOAD in the brain?

Reduce Iron, Reduce seizures, that is my new motto.

Done by...

B-6 complex with NO IRON, IP-6, Carnosine or L-Carnosine and Ibedenenone and

drinnking Green Tea? How about diet? No gluten -as in Wheat, and no

Cassein as in Milk products?

Try those, they have helped my son immensely.

Lori..you are not butting in! I am asking for clues...your input is welcome.

Barametric pressure can be a big problem for alot of people. I'm sure this

winter thing has something to do with both the pineal gland and the blood

pressure changes that affect the brain when the barametric pressure changes.

What do you do for Will when this happens?

Thats great Lori. Sounds like Will has a great mom. I might try Carnosine. I've

often wondered what people do to deal with their barometric sensitivities... I

love to travel, at least I used to...now its a bit of a pain.

Just out of curiosity, did any of the perps who survived some of these

incidents have the test for P450 2D6??? I'm assuming that's the answer you're

referring to, so of course, it makes me wonder what the answer is if some of

these

people were NOT deficient in this liver enzyme. Then what???? I'm back to

the stance that unless someone can prove to me that the people who went berserk

actually had this deficiency that there has to be another answer why they did.

In my mind, after what I went through with Paxil, these drugs are just

rotten and poisonous and the most normal P450 person could have bad reaction.

As

Bill O'Reilly would say, " And what say you??? " LOL
