Guest guest Posted March 17, 2005 Report Share Posted March 17, 2005 Try shredding a head of cabbage into a large bowl. Sprinkle with Celtic sea salt and massage. Work the heck out of it to break down the cellulose (not until it's liquid, just tender). Then pour some good olive oil over it, squeeze some lemon juice on and slice a tomato or two into the mixture. Sometimes I like to add a bit of raw garlic or some onion.
