Hey Shari

Makes you wonder why anyone would want to put a grain of it in their

body hey.

And it is hidden in so many foods that people are even unaware that

sugar is in there.

It's like they are trying to create a population of sick people just

to keep the drug companies and doctors etc in employment. It would

go a long way to solving a lot of health problems as well as getting

rid of dairy and white flour products from peoples diet.

I read his book too Shari and I have to say that I was stunned by

what I learned. There was a chapter where he talked about giving

sugar and/or rice to government enemies to cloud their thinking and I

recalled that when my daughter was in basic training they wouldn't

allow anyone to have any candy or anything with sugar in it. They

obviously knew what they were doing and why.

I was on antidepressants for 8 years before I determined that it was

refined sugar that was causing my depression. Interestingly enough,

my PCP had the same problem and never put two and two together to

diagnose my depression being related to refined sugar.

> Oh, don't even get me started on keeping people sick! I'm one of

these conspiracy theory people and I've got a bunch in my head!!!

>

> You say there is sugar in everything! Let me tell you what I

learned a long time ago from Dufty, author of " Sugar Blues " .

The tobacco in cigarettes is cured with sugar. AND the lousy table

salt is processed with sugar!!!

I have a friend from Canada who managed a French resort in the

Bahamas for a couple years. She said the chefs' biggest

complaint was how they had to totally trash their pastries with

sugar to suit American tourists' expectations.

:-/

In France they serve cheese for desert.
