Guest guest
Thanks. How much? I don't remember at what point I joined the group but I don't remember that thread. If there is anything else for menopausal symptoms, I would like to know. Black Cohosh doesn't work for me at all. mary For night sweats, motherwort is said to work, as posted a while ago by Suzie . For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded. Therefore have I set My face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame. Guest guest
, That product sounds interesting. I am peri menopausal with symptoms like I am pregnant all the time with the exception that I get very bad painful and debilitating menses. I am so looking forward to the days that it will end as I dread each month as I know I will be in so much pain and most likely on the floor for at least a day as I have for the past 30 years.I often say that I could have had hundreds of kids by now since I go into labor each month Hope you find something to relieve your symptoms. Wishing everyone a beautiful and blessed day Toni Do you have anything else on menopausal symptoms? I do know that Black Cohosh does not work for me. I just found Organic Greens for women for menopause - just started taking it. http://www.organicfrog.com/products/Womens.asp mary
Guest guest
I used to have the problem and decided to go back on the b/c pill (even though I don't need it....hubby is fixed and besides...8 is enough...lol) and it has helped. I had horrible P.M.S. too. Have you had your thyroid checked??? I recently found out that an "off" thyroid can cause female problems to be exagerated too. Guest guest
Hi Kath, Hope this finds you and your family well. I cannot go on the pill due to the fact that I am 45 and a long time smoker. Although I am in constant discomfort with PMS symptoms it is nothing compared to the crippling cramps I get every single month. Not sure how my thyroid would be though I have never not had problems since I first started at the age of 12. I have put on 25lbs in this past year which I cannot move. Very uncomfortable for me though that is not the worse aspect of the issues here but more of a vanity one. I am just hoping to go one month and say "wow" LOL I can only hope Thankyou Kathy Have a wonderful day Toni I used to have the problem and decided to go back on the b/c pill (even though I don't need it....hubby is fixed and besides...8 is enough...lol) and it has helped. Guest guest
I don't know if this helps or not but i haven't had night sweats since I stopped eating refined sugar and started eating a strictly raw foods diet. Donna
Guest guest
That sounds about right. All of the refined stuff causes a lot of trouble. I take it then that you don't eat things like brown rice/grains? mary I don't know if this helps or not but i haven't had night sweats since I stopped eating refined sugar and started eating a strictly raw foods diet.Donna For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded.
