Guest guest Posted March 18, 2005 Report Share Posted March 18, 2005 Potato Chips 3 pounds thinly sliced red potatoes, soaked in water 3 – 4 hours & rinsed ½ onion, sliced thin (I use WAAAAAY more onion) extra virgin olive oil - just enough to coat 2/3 C fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 t Celtic sea salt 2 t cumin ¼ t garlic powder ¼ t cayenne Mix well with hands to coat. (Don’t let them sit too long in the lemon juice mixture.) Transfer to dehydrator sheets. And dehydrate at 105 degrees until desired crispness.
