I would not be listening to any 'expert' who said it was good someone

had added meat to their diet or that some people needed to eat meat.

I am quite positive there is nothing in meat that is beneficial to us

and any vitamins/minerals ETC ETC in meat are all available from plant

foods and often in much more bioavailable forms as well.

We DO NOT need to kill and eat dead animals!
