Guest guest Posted March 16, 2005 Report Share Posted March 16, 2005 i have been doing a search for " raw recipes " this morning and find it interesting that a good chunk of them are dessert-type recipes rather than " main dish " type recipes. Does one ever move away from the need for so dessert? LOL! BTW, Monday I was craving food all day - but I stuck with raw - seeds, nuts, and fruits until I was able to get home and make myself a meal. Yesterday I had no cravings at all. I had a banana orange smoothie for breakfast, a light snack of banana, mango and avocado and for lunch I had a salad. I was still feeling " full " when I got home from work so dinner was a few nuts and more of the " fruit salad " . I did notice that right after I had my lunch I started to feel tired but picked up energy as the day went on. I went to bed at 9:30 last night and awoke at 4:00 this morning feeling really good! I awoke this morning more clear headed than I can ever remember being. Also, no congestion. Guess my standard cottage cheese, fruit and bagel breakfast had to go one day, eh?
