back pain, legs hurting after walking, angina,

diabetes, and much more are signs of chronic

dehydration. Yes, all of these things are listed in

Dr. Batmanghelji's (unsure of spelling) " Our Bodies

Many Cries for Water. "

According to him and the results that I have had by

doing what he said...

We need minimum of two quarts of water a day, not tea,

coffee, juice, milk etc. For each ounce of one of

these other things we drink, we need to ADD an

additional two ounces as that is what it takes from

our bodies to clean the other fluid of all the stuff

that is suspended in the water so it can use it.

If you are over weight, you need to drink one ounce

for every 1/2 pound of body weight. Once you are

steadily doing this for a week, the fat starts

breaking up and getting flushed from your body.

Drinking two cups of water before each meal lowers

your high cholestrol. Human bodies make cholestrol in

heightened amounts when we are dehydrated, to help

slow the loss of water from our cells. It has a side

effect. It slows or even gets rid of Gerd. (If you

have heart burn after this, the cure is to have two

glasses of water, 30 minutes apart. Nothing else

consumed during that time.)

The second side effect (IF you are drinking your full

amount - the 1/2 ounce for every 1 pound of body

weight) is even more weight loss.

I highly recommend getting the book. The list of

things HEALED, NOT TREATED, is very long.

I think someone had the list on one of my groups, I

will look to see if I can find it.
