Guest guest
By agricultural runoff do you include cow, chicken & pig s*$%? That is my biggest complaint right up there with people who use ChemLawn because they think they need a green, weedless lawn!! Our yard is the only yard on the block that has blue flowers growing in it (have been told it's a weed, I like them) and we're the only house on the block with birds in our yard! Gee I wonder why............... Uh huh and with massive amounts of agricultural run off.Have lunch in a little road house up in Wisconsin and there's signs posted all over the restaurant warning pregnant women and children not to drink the water. You can see cows out the window but can't drink the water.Pity!Penel
Guest guest
I think your asking about the Pure Porte... The filters are $75. Last for about 3500 gal....I haven't changed mine in about 3 years....but it's not my exclusive water source. I drink mine alkaline...acidic is good for the skin. I'm not sure about internal acidity needs but I think you are right there are conditions that would call for it internally. Kit > How often and how much are the filters? I think this is the one my naturopath used to use. I remember there being a use for the acidic water in some human conditions. > > S > ----- Original Message ----- > From: kitcurtin > health > Sent: Thursday, April 07, 2005 8:39 PM > Subject: Was: Re: Another reason to drink alot of water Now: OT: Wasting water > > > > > I use a Sun-Pure filter in the kitchen... > http://mysite.verizon.net/vze1kvrj/id18.html > > ....and a Pure Porte ionizer/filter(cheap..from ebay) in the bathroom... > http://heartspring.net/pure_porte_II_water_filter.html > > It also 'wastes' water, but it very easy to retrieve and the plants > love the acidic ph water...also use it in my water fountain...keeps it > ungunked. > > Kit >
