Guest guest Posted March 10, 2005 Report Share Posted March 10, 2005 Turns out that the claim is true ... 8th Continent uses vitamin D3 (animal origin) rather than vitamin D2 (plant origin). I just checked my container of Silk Soymilk and it says Vitamin D2. That means it's plant based, right? I like to use Silk brand because it's organic. Thanks for the info!
