If it has been pasteurized then there is something seriously wrong with it. You should take it back from whence you got it for a refund or contact Spectrum directly. Unfiltered ACV should not taste any different from filtered ACV. Sorry for the blah and rainy. I am sure we will get that soon enough ourselves. Right now I am enjoying a very nice and sunny spring.
