Goldenseal(used like snuff), sheperd's purse,yarrow,stellaria (fresh

leaves) all staunch bleeding.

Cayenne is excellent to stop bleeding. Works 100% of the time. It

is best to pack it on the source of the bleeding, but I'm not sure how much it would burn when in contact with mucous membranes, although I *did* accidently get some in my eye one time. Burned like crazy but didn't do any harm.

Tom,

1. Has anything else changed?

2. Are you having headaches or blurry/double vision?

3. How is the humidity in your house?

4. How heavy is the bleeding?

Ice on the back of your neck will staunch nose bleeds, in most cases.

Shari

.....now a cold shower! .....just kidding...ice on the nose willhelp... you might want to wrap it in a cold moist cloth first.

Hi Tom,

Have you done the total body cleanse? Do you have trouble breathing?

Eating SAD or raw? The adenoids are part of the immune system. Like the

tonsils, that MD's just loved to carve out in the past, they also like

to remove adenoids. Cleasing and dietary changes along with fasting can

most likely save you from the poking, prodding and otherwise unnatural

meddling of the Meddling Doctors. Might also keep your adenoids from

being removed too.

Just a thought.

Peace be with you, Tom.

I have heard that before surgery, no Vit E should be taken as it thins the

blood.
