Guest guest
Hi Shari, I don't take any one particular brand so I cannot advise you on that though just make sure it is the natural Vit E. Right now I have Swanson's since I got it on sale (sometimes I have to). I would start out with 800iu(this is what I take). You can take up to 1600iu in a day. I can use my father's legs as a testimonial here too. He will be 79 next month, God bless him and inspite of all he has gone through he is active and has the most gorgeous legs. You will not see one single vein. Maybe just a couple of plumber's knees Good Luck Shar. If you choose to give it a try, it just might help and I pray it does. Have a wonderful day Toni p.s. they are also great to use at night on chapped lips Toni - no, as a matter of fact I don't take vitamin E. I really don't take any isolated vitamins or minerals, but am willing to try. Do you have a particular brand you like? And what dosage do you recommend or how much do you take (if you take it). Thanks, Shari
Guest guest
Hi Suzi, Do you have a baker's cyst? Is so, where? I had one as a child that was behind my one knee which I had removed. I would never have remembered that had you not mentioned this. I assume you are wondering if the vitamin E could help internally? It sure could not hurt. I'm going to snoop since I am curious I should have been born a cat. Hope you are enjoying your day Toni Interesting question pops to mind... Does anyone know if Vit E would help a "bakers cyst" ?? E you use is natural and not the synthetic and useless version of Vit. E. If it say dl-alpha tocopherol walk away as it is synthetic. -- Peace be with you, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
