Guest guest
I know someone here will give me some hope and a sane answer! Saturday I attended a small health gathering in my town sponsored by the "diabetic shoe store". This woman sells Dansko, Birkenstock, and a few other wonderful shoes and caters to people with diabetes and their particular needs with shoes. I own three pairs of Dansko clogs and love them. While there I had an analysis done of the veins in my legs. To say the least I was rather freaked by the outcome. I am 55, fair skin, weight trainer, walk 2 miles 6x per week, 95% raw vegan, tad overweight, drink the correct amount of water everyday, drink 2 cups of coffee on Sunday, haven't had a drink in 18 years, and haven't had a smoke in 17 years. My report came back as quite bad blood return in my legs. I do have many spider veins, but I attributed them to having been a flight attendant for a number of years and after having a sit down job. What, if anything, would anyone recommend as something to improve the circulation in my legs. Of course she wanted to sell me compression hoisery. That is not something I would relish with my lifestyle. Any help would be appreciated. Shari
