Whoa! Way to go girl!! That is quite a feat. You are well on your way to trying the low glycemic phase 1 of Dr. Cousens' way of eating as described in his book "Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine". He says that is the only way to kill mycotoxins and lose belly fat. I did the no sugar thing last year for Lent and by the end I was okay, but really missed my fruit.

After fruit season (the fall) I want to try again, but right now there are too many great fruits coming into season to even think about giving up ALL sugar when that includes fruit, for me.

Again, good job Donna my hat is off to you.
