Guest guest
I have a question about the kimchi, ....when I bottled it, small pieces of the ingredients remained on the inside of the jar above the water line of the bulk of the kimchi. Are those okay to remain there or should I take a paper towel and clean them out? Also, that would mean I'd have to open the jar....should I just leave the jar sealed for the three days or can I open it to clean these pieces out? I'm afraid they'll rot and ruin the kimchi.
