Dear folks on the bowel cleanse and gallstone lists

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of you for being here. I just

spent the weekend away and while it truly was a great time away, I wasn't

with anyone who is even remotely into cleansing. A couple of times I

thought of something that reminded me of a discussion out here and actually

had to catch myself before casually bringing up in conversation something

involving a bowel movement or other bodily function, lol.

This is, though, an important element of my life right now as I've been

learning SO much about health and the role of cleansing. Even though I

can't share it with everyone in everyday life, I'm really appreciative to

have this venue to talk about it.

So thanks - everyone - for being here and sharing and listening and advising

and laughing and all the rest of what goes on out here!!

I know what you mean because I now don't have to torture my closest friends with

the details of my 'digestive distresses'! It really is wonderful to be able to

get information and support without even leaving home!
