personally, I don't see it as a problem as long as everything is the same

space of time apart... but then I'm new to this...!

good luck with it

Subject: Changing Timing Of Flush

I have changed my first flush from tonight until tomorrow night. I'm

wondering if it's ok to push everything up by a couple hours. For

example, if following Dr. 's flush---stop eating at noon, first

epsoms at 4, next at 6 and to bed by 8. I normally go to bed earlier

than 10 and tomorrow we change the clocks. Would this make a

significant difference? Thanks

Hi

I guess you've already finished flushing by now, but I thought I'd throw my

..02 in anyway. I think there's no reason to rigidly stick to those

particular times. I think they can be used as a guideline. If you generally

go to bed earlier or later and want to adjust the times, you should be just

fine, as long as the general timing is followed.

good luck with your flush!
