Hi ,

Oh no, I don't eat it any special way, just raw, but I have always loved

sauerkraut my whole life raw, cooked any which way....lol. If you don't really

care much for it then you may want to use it in your meat recipes or in a green

pepper with some spices and herbs perhaps a bit of cheese on top of it....

I can't locate my recipe here and I am sure I will run across that cookbook as

soon as I am not seeking it...lol...okay but I found a site on the net and here

is the URL for making it....there are some other sites with some ideas on making

it but most of them are pretty much the same.

Hope this helps.

I know it is very simple to make even though it doesn't sound such.

Peace

Lu

Stu,

how much lemon juice do you recommend? The Liver Cleansing Diet says lemon

juice in water, but not the proportion.

I too have a doctor in the family - my sister. And she is the most wholistic

doctor I know, but sadly she lives in another state. Handy to have though.

When she gets back from trekking around Nepal as she is wont to do, I intend

to introduce her to the curezone website and see what her comments are on

it.

cheers

Yep - you are already on the right track with a lemon solution; but,

you say lemon water - it is best at full strength.

Take care.

I suspect I have one (or many) of these critters, as my attacks are a daily

event... I have just gone and had another stickybeak at my ultrasounds and

yes, it looks like I have gravel, no stones... but they hurt just as much I

reckon! Second flush didn't produce much (didn't see anything) and pain has

been around all week. Actually, this week for the first time, I was woken up

in the middle of the night by an attack - my attacks have always in the past

been anywhere between 1pm and 4pm, this was the first time it was later.

Nervous about doing another flush - I feel like I have opened Pandora's box

and don't want more pain. I need to lose weight, and I have started

exercising, so am hoping this will help over time too. Been trying to be

more good with diet, but paradoxically, as I have been exercising regularly,

I have been overeating to compensate. I am hoping as I get fitter and can

cope with more exercise that I will balance this. Only time will tell.

I know actually that the gallbladder attacks are heavily affected by stress

in my case, and I am the most stressed I have been in my life, so am working

very hard at getting rid of all the stressors (so I should get back to

balancing the books!)

cheers

....Or, a small particle almost permanently

lodged in the outgoing portal duct. This would present itself with

very regular discomfort almost on a daily basis.

I would think that if someone is experiencing the pain of regular gallbladder

attacks, anything would be worth trying. And if something as easy (not time

consuming or difficult or costly) as sleeping on a different side could do

the trick, it's well worth giving a try!

,

I drank straight lemon juice for two months - did not dilute it

at all. However, sometimes I had to use the concentrate and squirted

it into water; but, that was only maybe once a week.

There are those that may not consider the importance of avoiding left

side sleeping; but, I would suggest you try sleeping on your back or

right side for about a month to see if you can arrest those daily

attacks.

Hmm - I'll give it a go....

just thinking about how I normally sleep... always... on my tummy, slightly

leaning to the right, in the recovery popsition. I know I know, this is

*bad* position to sleep in, but I'm used to it... I snore on my back. hubby

is patient, but for how long!

:-)

excuse my feral state... in lotsa pain! Going to have my domesticating cup

of tea now... yes, normal tea, with milk (non fat but) and sugar...

cheers
