Lest anyone get the wrong idea, don't anybody worry that I'm taking

information from this list and putting it into a book! The book may have

some info about gallbladder flushing, but that's not the main idea of it.

Hmmm...something I mentioned privately showing up on a public list - that's a

true sibling for ya!

Besides....if I can't even catch up with my email, how the heck will I ever

find time to write a book??
