Yes , I agree that to be healthy one needs to have a good

working bowel. - One that continuously cleans itself out. More ways

to accomplish this that can also be useful are:

1) Drink as many fluids as you can. [i've read somewhere and cannot

remember the formula -you're supposed to drink your body weight

times ? (maybe ounces of fluid)ex. 150 lb. X ? - if it's ounces of

fluid than you'd need to drink 150 ounces per day.]

2) Eat as much roughage as possible to scrub the insides of your

bowels clean. Get all those toxins out as soon as possible and avoid

polyps and/or (worse) bowel cancer. (Celery is an easy to eat

roughage - and for those of you wanting to lose weight has the added

benefit of taking more calories to digest than it gives.)

Does anyone know the formula for how much fluid to drink/ day?

I've heard the formula to be 1 liter of " pure " water per 50 lbs of body weight.
