Guest guest
Yes , I agree that to be healthy one needs to have a good working bowel. - One that continuously cleans itself out. More ways to accomplish this that can also be useful are: 1) Drink as many fluids as you can. [i've read somewhere and cannot remember the formula -you're supposed to drink your body weight times ? (maybe ounces of fluid)ex. 150 lb. X ? - if it's ounces of fluid than you'd need to drink 150 ounces per day.] 2) Eat as much roughage as possible to scrub the insides of your bowels clean. Get all those toxins out as soon as possible and avoid polyps and/or (worse) bowel cancer. (Celery is an easy to eat roughage - and for those of you wanting to lose weight has the added benefit of taking more calories to digest than it gives.) Does anyone know the formula for how much fluid to drink/ day? ~Suzanne
Guest guest
I've heard the formula to be 1 liter of " pure " water per 50 lbs of body weight. Guest guest
100 oz is just barely more that 3 quarts. Quarts are similar to liters, so around 3 liters. Dawn > what's 100oz in ml? > :-) >
