I mean - maybe he ate carrots before he got the colds, too? rachel~ " The greatest risk is not taking any.
Guest guest
your point about this guy getting colds after eating garlic made this occur to me - somewhere I read that garlic is an antioxidant... detoxing can be mistaken for a cold... maybe he is just detoxing after eating garlic and he thinks he has a cold... just a thought cheers gotta get ready for work... -----Original Message----- From: Rachd1961@... With all due respect (he's not on this list), his response was that he's kept records of his health and what he eats for several years now and he noted that 5 out of the last 6 colds he had started after he ate garlic. And that now that he's stopped eating garlic he only gets about one cold a year. He's evidently using garlic as the determining factor - not any other lifestyle changes he may have made during that time.
Guest guest
Well, I think that garic makes just about everything taste better. I love the smell of garlic bread and the taste. I love it in soups and stews, etc. So, it's definitely a food for me. ME, ME! I sent the bread thing and had the same feeling about substituting anything. About Dr. Shulze, I am interested in knowing if anyone here has tried his intestinal formulas and what the results were. I want serious colon cleansing, but don't want to do colonics, so am looking for a good herbal cleanse product. Guest guest
I agree with , the effects of garlic is to detox and a cold is definitely the body detoxing....if anyone has checked out on colds it is really not a bad thing to have a cold because it really is the bodies way of cleansing itself.
