I feel the same way about garlic. :) It was YOU who sent the bread post,

that's right. I loved that one!

I have used Dr. Schulze Intestinal Formula 1 & 2. It only took 2 capsules of

Formula 1 to get things moving, but then again I didn't have a serious

problem beforehand, so that makes a difference. I have read of a number

of people who have used these Formulas and had great success. I think

that these products are great and I am intending to use them again soon.

I would recommend that you check out the bowel cleanse group if you haven't

already done so. You can read testimonials at this address:

bowel cleanse-testimonials/messages

OR you can check out the archives at this address:

bowel cleanse/messages

You'll find a lot of good information there about different bowel cleanses

and people's experience with them. It's a good bunch of people - a lot are

on this list and that one as well.

I'd recommend Dr. Schulze's formulas any day!

_____________

I love garlic, also! It healed that horrible greenish fungus mess on my

thumb that I had for about 28 years that no doctor could help with, and

healed the ripples in it. Then it lowered my blood pressure. Not to mention

that I love the taste and use it in tons of stuff.
