Guest guest
Hi all, I just finished my second gallbladder flush and it went well. I actually think I passed more stones, and they are definitely bigger. However, I did have a terrible time sleeping. I couldn't get to sleep for 4 hours after I took the olive oil drink and I was nauseated and cranky for hours! I followed the instructions and used ten of the L-Ornithine. If anyone has a suggestion for sleeping that is natural and won't affect the cleanse, please let me know. I think someone recommended melatonin, I will consider that. For hemorrhoids, I used Desitin. It was recommended to me privately after the first flush (thank you, you know who you are) and I had very little pain. Most of the time, I had no pain at all. However, I got so many responses to my question that I will start eating raw pumpkin seeds everyday and always have white oak bark in the house. Hopefully one of those will replace the desitin as a more natural remedy, or even a cure. Well, I thought I was done with flushing. I had even started cleaning the house! So all of a sudden, I get an urge to purge and I go. Well, I do my inspection of the toilet and see 3 stones about 1 inch in diameter! I couldn't believe it! I also notice these stones are darker and harder than the ones from the first cleanse. And I notice that when I cut the 'big mamma', it had the look of the bacteria that is mentioned on one of the websites (I believe it is on curezone). I guess that is why I had such a hard time sleeping last night. Another thing is, I saw on one of the cleanses I printed out that you should take cleansers (fiber) to keep out the bad stuff that comes out of the liver/gallbladder-basically cleansing the intestines. I hadn't thought of it that way before. So I am definitely taking fiber/herb combination for at least a week. Also, I wanted to update from the first flush. I had a problem with my underarms for 2 1/2 years where I could no longer use deodorant (it would burn and I still smelled like I hadn't used any!) and even the natural deodorants like Tom's of Maine were ineffective and burned. So for the lastweek and a half, I have been able to use my crystal deodorant and my underarms smell wonderful! I never thought I would have to be happy aboutsomething like this, but I sure am grateful. Hopefully I will have more embarrassing symptoms go away as I get 'cleaned out' God bless, Hazelpone/KJ

Although I would be curious to know if you used the capsules and if so, would suggest that you might have more success with the tincture. Aside from that, you might consider going the route of essential oils. Lavender Oil is the one most commonly used for sedative purposes. Some people use diffusers, some people put it in bath water, but you can just put a few drops on a tissue and put it by your pillow. I know some people think that aromatherapy is a bunch of hooey, but it does really work and it sure doesn't hurt to try. in health, rachel~ " Character is defined by what you choose to do when you know you could get by with doing anything at all.
