Well...sort of. It's a good book, but there wasn't really anything new that

I hadn't already read in other books or on the internet.

Also....there's something in my personality that resists following any

particular meal plan. There's a LOT of flexibility in this one, but...it

just isn't for me.

I figure that if someone else was thinking of getting it, I would rather send

my copy along to someone who could use it. I'm not a " saver " , by any means,

and often pass books along if I think they will sit on my bookshelf and not

get read again. I hate to see a good book not getting read. :)

If anyone is thinking about getting this book, let me know first, okay? I

have a copy that I would be willing to pass along to someone who needs it.

.....and would like to clarify two things.

1) I realized that the first statement wasn't exactly a ringing

endorsement of the book. :) It does have a lot of good information in it

and I will take some of the ideas and incorporate them. If someone is

looking for a dietary plan to follow to help their liver, I would highly

recommend this one because it's very sensible and flexible.

2) I'm not suggesting in any way that my resistance to following someone

else's meal plan is a GOOD thing. I'm admitting a character defect, that's

all. That's something I need to work on, but heaven knows there's plenty

more of those for me to work on also, so that will just have to take a

number. :)

Just wanted to clarify those two things.
